The villa is
well equipped for your holiday needs and is air conditioned/heated
throughout to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
A brief description and more pictures of the villa can be found
below: All towels and bed linen are provided. Each bedroom has
plenty of drawers and clothes hanging space
Master Bedroom - has direct acces to
the pool area and has a king size bed . En suite facilities have wardrobes,
twin vanity sinks plus a roman bath and sizeable shower .
A flat screen HD TV With surround sound is fitted
Dining
Areas. There are two dining areas , a formal dining space
for those special meals and a breakfast nook area which
overlooks the pool
Bedrooms 2 & 3.are both twin bedrooms with easy access to bathroom 2
and have good wardrobe space and drawers for your clothes etc.
Bedroom 4 has a
double bed with plenty of room for clothes etc
Bedrooms 5 & 6 are also
twin bedrooms of a reasonable size and have easy
access to bathroom 3, and through this to the pool
Pool Area The estended pool is south
facing and is 26' x 16' with a good size spa. A child security
fence is fitted as standard to comply with the latest legislation.
High Quality Patio furniture is provided and the large lanai provides
both shelter and space for dining
Living Space The villa has two separate lounge areas
to provide extra space and comfort . The large family room is
22' x 14' and has a 32" TV (with cable), hif-fi, video
and DVD. In the second lounge area there is aso a sofa
bed (see first page)
Kitchen this is fully equipped for those who like to cook
and dine in. There is a full size refrigerator with ice tray,
ceramic hob cooker, dishwasher and lots of storage and other
appliances
UtilityArea Take less clothes If you feel the need to do the laundry
the utility area has a full size washer and dryer and an iron and
board
