The Villa is located
in the Orange Tree Development just off Highway US27 North. It is
easily accessible from Orlando International Airport in 35 minutes
and Tampa in around 75 minutes (Full directions can be provided)

It is only 12 minutes to the gates of Disney 20
minutes to Sea World and a short ride using I-4 to all other Orlando
attractions
Tampa and the Clearwater Beach area can be reached
in 1.25 hours while the journey to NASA on the East Coast takes just
over an hour
A local drugstore is just a couple
of minutes down the road and wal-mart is just 5 minutes
away
Randy's
is the nearest restaurant ( 1.5 ml) serving breakfast, lunch
and dinner. Chilis is only 5 minutes and others are close by giving
you losts of choice for eating out.
A small children's play area
is located nearby and for the bigger kids tennis and football are
a couple of hundred yards away in the orange tree site.
