No
booking shall be deemed to have been accepted until confirmed in writing
by the owners.
This is a non smoking villa
Each booking
shall be accompanied by a deposit of £100 or $175 for each
week reserved and must be received with 7 days of the initial
booking
Balance of monies is payable eight weeks prior
to arrival date.
Rental periods are normally Saturday to Saturday.
Mid week bookings are accepted but may incur a small additional charge
but please check with us we really try to accommodate our guests wishes
Bookings
of 5 days or less may incur a £50 /$100 cleaning charge
The
client is solely responsible for any damage or breakages that may
be caused to the property or its contents during your stay.
We
require a refundable security breakage deposit to be paid at the time
of your arrival direct to the management company. This deposit will
be repaid to your party by cheque as soon as the management company
has reported no damage and that you have returned the keys
In
the event of your party needing to cancel, the following conditions
will apply. - 5 - 8 weeks prior to departure 50% of the
total charge to offset the discount that we will need to re-book the
property at short notice. Any cancellation within the final 5 weeks
will regrettably result in loss of the whole booking fee (not including any
security deposit)
